Survey Junkie Review: Here’s What You Need to Know

Survey Junkie Review

Online surveys are just one of many ways to earn money on the internet.

They are easy to do, but they have a couple major flaws. One, they can take as long as 30 minutes to complete (sometimes longer). Two, they only pay between $0.25 to $3 (most of the time).

For some people, completing surveys isn't worth the time. Myself included.

However, there are some survey sites out there that could have better surveys. Perhaps even ones that pay up to $20.

I've seen them. They're extremely rare. But every once in a while, companies are willing to pay more for certain surveys. Surveys that would give them super valuable information.

So...does Survey Junkie have such surveys? Or are they just like everyone else? Or even worse, scammers.

Well. In our Survey Junkie Review, this is exactly what you will find out.

Let's get started.

What is Survey Junkie?

Survey Junkie (SJ) is a membership program for surveys.

They're like most survey sites...they play the middle man. Kind of like affiliate marketing

  • They get surveys from companies like Target and Ford for example.
  • They offer them to you.
  • You complete them and both you and the site get paid.

How do you make money with Survey Junkie?

Survey Junkie's compensation plan works off of a points system. 1 point equals 1 cent. So the more points you earn, the more money you ultimately make.

90% of SJ's surveys are around 50 points. And they take around 10 to 20 minutes each.

So if you really wanna make money with Survey Junkie, you will have to grind it out and complete dozens and dozens of surveys. Probably hundreds, if they even let you.

They don't have a referral program or any other way to make money. It's just you and the surveys.

My Personal Survey Junkie Review and Experience

So the signup process is pretty standard. Your name, email, password, and the basic profile/account setup.

From there, you'll fill out a bunch of mini-surveys so they'll know which surveys are right for you. They call them profiles.

For example, this one's called Shopping Profile.

And basically, all they wanna know is where you've shopped and what you've shopped for.

And when they see a survey that matches you profile, they'll put it on your members dashboard.

Anyway, my experience was OK. There was nothing bad about the site.

For an online survey program, I kind of liked it.

The Verdict is in...

Is Survey Junkie a scam? No. It most definitely is not.

However, me recommending it to you as a moneymaking opportunity is a different story.

Why? Because it just takes too much time to make a decent amount of money. Doing online surveys only pays you pennies.

There are much better, and much lucrative ways to earn online.

But if doing surveys for chump change is what you're into, then by all means...go for it. You would probably love Survey Junkie.

But if you're like me...

Here's What We Recommend

Start your own online business.

I know that it sounds a bit scary, but in the beautiful digital world, having your very own internet business is 100x more possible and doable than it would be offline.

How? It all starts with a website.

When you have your own website, it's like having your own little piece of the internet. And when you own something, you can do whatever you want with it.

We recommend turning it into a legitimate moneymaker. You can do this by:

  • Offering a membership.
  • Offering online services.
  • Selling online courses.
  • Selling physical/digital products.
  • Renting it to local businesses.
  • Displaying advertisements.
  • Promoting other people's products.

There's a bunch of ways to make money online (with a website).

But we recommend you start with that last one, promoting other people's products. It's called affiliate marketing.

Here's how it works:

  • Pick a topic. Typically something you're interested in (or passionate about).
  • Create and set up a basic website. Choosing your name, installing a CMS, setting up the backend basics and design, and etc. (This stuff is actually pretty easy, most of it is done-for-you.)
  • Choose a product to promote. It'll have to be a part of an affiliate program or network. Basically, this is how everything gets tracked.
  • Create high-quality content. To start with, you can create a product review for the product you're promoting. But there will be a lot of content creation.
  • Drive targeted traffic. Meaning to get visitors who'd be interested in the product. Most of it will come from Google, which means you'll need to learn SEO.

Sounds like a ton of crazy work, right?

Well. It is. But comparing the website business with doing surveys all day, making money through our recommended method would win every time.

So. With all that being said, you will need proper help. And what better place to get that and more than where I learned how to build my first successful website...
